We are pleased to invite you to Grief & Grace, an 8-week creative series designed to support individuals navigating the complex journey of grief.
Whether you're living with recent loss or carrying long-standing sorrow, this program offers a safe, supportive space for healing, reflection, and expression.
Using the power of creativity, guided practices, and community, Grief & Grace fosters a compassionate environment where grief can be explored and gently reconciled.
Program Details
A healing journey for those living with grief.
A safe space for expression, connection, and supportive Creative exploration guided by experienced facilitators.
Duration: 8 weeks
Dates: Wednesdays, January 14 to March 4, 2026
Time: 1:30 - 3pm
Location: Weird Church, 2688 Penrith Ave, Cumberland
Cost: $125 for the full program (reference books and art materials are included)

Anyone experiencing grief due to the loss of a loved one. This confidential group will be limited to 10 participants.

Included will be various artistic experiences, designed as a way to express those feelings, thought and life experiences that are difficult to verbalize. Much of our work will be based on the research findings and written work of Dr. Alan Wolfelt. We will use other resources as well.

Grief brings up an array of emotions that can be overwhelming, confusing, uncomfortable and unexpected. Together we will hold space for the challenges of grief, understanding one another in ways that only other grieving folks can.
Each week we will explore and learn about the many facets of grief as we make space and honour the experience of each participant.
