We are pleased to invite you to Grief & Grace, a weekly creative space designed to support individuals navigating the complex journey of grief.

Whether you're living with recent loss or carrying long-standing sorrow, this program offers a safe, supportive space for healing, reflection, and expression.

Using the power of creativity, guided practices, and community, Grief & Grace fosters a compassionate environment where grief can be explored and gently reconciled.

Time: 12:00 - 2:00pm
Location: Weird Church, 2688 Penrith Ave, Cumberland
Fee: By donation to the Red Roof Fund of Weird Church (reference books and art materials are included)

 FAQs

  • Anyone experiencing grief due to a significant loss.

  • Included will be various artistic experiences, designed as a way to express feelings, thought and life experiences that are difficult to verbalize.

  • Grief brings up an array of emotions that can be overwhelming, confusing, uncomfortable and unexpected.  You will be supported from where you are to seek healing and health through reconciliation.

    Each week there will be artistic activities and focused conversation, designed to express feelings, thoughts and life experiences that are difficult to voice.   We may also use the “10 Touchstones of Grief” by Alan Wolfelt as a reference for our time together.
